At Creative Carbon Wheels, we’re committed to ensuring every rider is satisfied with their purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.





✅ 14-Day Return Window



We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:


  • The item must be unused, unridden, and in its original packaging
  • All original accessories must be included
  • A valid proof of purchase is required



If the above conditions are met, you may request a refund, exchange, or store credit.





📦 How to Start a Return



To begin your return:


  1. Email us at info@creativecarbonwheels.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos if applicable (especially for damaged or incorrect items)
  2. Our team will reply with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number.
  3. Carefully repackage the item to prevent damage in transit.



Please do not return any items without prior contact.





🚚 Return Shipping



  • Australia: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • International: Same as above; duties and taxes are non-refundable.



We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Creative Carbon Wheels is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.





❌ Non-Returnable Items



We cannot accept returns on:


  • Custom-built or special order wheelsets
  • Items that have been installed, used, or modified
  • Final sale or clearance items






🔧 Warranty Claims



If your item appears to have a manufacturing defect, please visit our Warranty Policy page. Warranty claims are handled separately from general returns.





💳 Refunds



Once your return is received and inspected:


  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically process within 2–5 business days
  • Shipping costs (if charged) are non-refundable
