At Creative Carbon Wheels, we take pride in the quality and performance of every wheelset we produce. All of our products are backed by a comprehensive warranty to give you confidence with every ride.


 


✅ Warranty Coverage



We offer the following warranty coverage from the date of original purchase:


  • ULTRA wheelsets – 3-year limited warranty
  • All other wheelsets and components – 2-year limited warranty



This warranty covers:


  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Structural integrity of carbon rims under normal riding conditions
  • Hub function and internal mechanisms
  • Spoke failures due to build quality


 


❌ What’s Not Covered



The following are not covered under warranty:


  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., bearings, decals, freehub bodies)
  • Damage from crashes, impacts, or misuse
  • Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance
  • Modifications, disassembly, or third-party repairs
  • Cosmetic blemishes such as scratches, chips, etc


 


🚴   Lifetime Crash Replacement Program


Even the best riders have bad days. If your wheels are damaged in a crash or impact outside of warranty, you may be eligible for our Lifetime Crash Replacement Program, which includes:


  • Discounted replacement wheel or rim
  • Access to rider-priced parts
  • Guidance from our support team to get you rolling again

🛠️ How to File a Warranty Claim



To begin a claim:


  1. Email info@creativecarbonwheels.com with:
    • Your order number or proof of purchase
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the product, damage, and serial number
  2. Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days
  3. If approved, we’ll provide instructions for return, repair, or replacement



Important: Please do not return any items without prior authorisation from our team.



 

🌍 Shipping & Processing



  • Australia: Return shipping is covered by the customer. If your claim is approved, outbound shipping for replacements is on us.
  • International customers: All shipping costs (both directions) are the responsibility of the customer.
